Q: Can we send our files via email?
A: You can send your documents by email up to a maximum of 6 megabytes.
If your files are larger than 6mb then they can be submitted to our ftp site. Please call for more details.
Q: What File Formats do you accept?
A: PDF (Adobe Acrobat) in either PC or Mac format, QuarkXpress versions 4 up to current in all formats & platforms. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign in all formats & platforms. Microsoft Office files in all formats & platforms.
Q: How should I prepare my files?
A: PDF Files should be set to ‘Press Optimised’ and have all fonts embedded. Files should be prepared as CMYK with all fonts & images embedded where relevant. Alternatively, please ensure that all fonts & images are supplied seperately. Images should be a minimum of 300dpi in either JPEG, TIFF or EPS format.
Q: What if we want to send files by post?
A: Send your documents in a padded bag to ensure their safety. All documents & discs shall be returned with the finished job.
Q: How quickly can you complete the work?
A: We can usually turn jobs around in under 24hrs depending on the size of your job.
Q: How much will my delivery cost?
A: We offer a free local delivery service. For national & European/Worldwide deliveries, please contact your representative for a quote.
